Setting the transparency up front by laying out how we operate.

Our Tried-And-True Landscape Design Process

We like to make everything as simple as possible. We really don’t see a point in drawing the process out and we want to make sure that everything is set up front so that we’re both on the same page!

Our Simple 3-Step Process

Step 1

Upload Photos

Sending us pictures of the project areas is quite important. The reason for this is we want to be able to see what our clients are seeing.

Step 2

Phone Call

Once we have the pictures of the project area in hand, we’re able to have an open and honest conversation. We understand that we may not be the best company for everyone and we’d like to protect your time up front.

During the phone call we’ll talk about what the project entails, what it will cost, timelines, etc. We want to make sure all expectations are set up front so there are no surprises halfway through the project.

Step 3

Site-Analysis Design Consultation

The On Site Consultation comes after we have the phone consultation. We make sure that the phone consultation comes first so we protect our client’s time because the last thing we want is for them to take off work and then realize we’re not a fit.

This consultation is to meet face-to-face and ensure that everything we discussed over the phone still holds true. While it’s a rare occasion, sometimes there are things that we can’t see in the photos that prohibit us from doing a client’s job at the price we discussed.
