Over time, lights can shift, bulbs burn out, or debris can affect the fixtures’ performance. Regular upkeep extends the lifespan of your system, saves on costly repairs, and ensures that your lighting always shines at its best. Proper maintenance ensures your landscape lighting continues to work optimally, keeping your property looking beautiful and safe all year round.
Maintenance Plan Options
1. Basic Plan – Once a Year
Includes an annual inspection of all fixtures, cleaning lenses, adjusting light positions, replacing any faulty bulbs, and resetting timers or smart controls.
Price: $180/year
2. Premium Plan – Twice a Year
Includes bi-annual inspections to guarantee optimal performance, thorough cleaning, fixture adjustments, bulb replacements, checking and resetting timers or smart controls, and any necessary repairs to wiring or connections.
Price: $300/year
Our Maintenance Technicians will:
• Check all lamps and replace if needed
• Clean glass lenses of debris and hard water
• Trim plantings around the lamps so they are not covering any lights
• Fix any wires that are cut and/or bury any exposed lines
• Adjust transformer on/off times if needed and inspect for any other issues
• Adjust/Re-angle fixtures that have shifted to guarantee the best lighting angle
• Replace any broken or damaged fixtures. If the damage is a manufacturer’s defect, we will send the fixture to the manufacturer for replacement under the terms of its warranty. Otherwise, there will be an additional fee. This will be discussed directly with client prior any replacement.
This service will keep your system looking new and help extend the life of your LEDs.
